Wild collegiate frivolity and silliness ring out on this Bobby Lewis hit. Maybe I just say that because it was featured in both Animal House and America Graffiti, and as such the image of John Bellushi – film history's canonical slacker – squashing a beer can on his forehead spring instantly to mind.

It's all about looseness and fun; there's not much in the way of substance in terms of lyric, or originality in terms of melody. However, when you sneak your way into the only notable George Lucas movie that wasn't about a war on a star, and you help get the party going at the frat house for animals, you surely deserve a world of lighthearted street cred.
