This is the seminal version of a song that's been re-arranged and re-recorded as many times as "Blowin' In the Wind" or "Stop Breakin' Down".

So many shining lines here: both Morrison's voice and the plucked guitar hooks are obvious standouts. But it's Alan Henderson's bass part that holds the core of "Baby, Please Don't Go's" energy and attitude.
