November 6th, 1967: Finally, some new music from Bob Dylan!
After a year of silence, some new music from the Dylan camp has emerged.
The events we write about at Gaslight Records happened in some form or another 50 years ago to the day. Roll along with us and imagine you are back in 1974.

It's been over a year now since we've heard from old Bob. Apparently he's been hiding out somewhere up near Woodstock, NY, honing in on his organic farming skills.
The last time Dylan performed in public was to a hostile audience at the Royal Albert Hall in May last year, and it was starting to sound like the constant booing had gotten the better of him. At one point in the show the 25 year old told the London audience, "I'm not going to be playing any more concerts here in England" in a tone that seemed to suggest 'ever' rather than 'on this tour'.
Listen below to a clip of Bob sounding beyond burnt out as he addresses the crowd at The Royal Albert Hall before performing "Like A Rolling Stone".
1967 has been a difficult year for Bob fans. We've grown accustomed to having a new Bob Dylan album every 6 to 12 months for the past 5 years. Now we've had to wait over a year since Blonde On Blonde was released with no word of an album in the works.
In fairness, it sounds like Bob took a pretty nasty tumble on his motorcycle this time last year, but still - it's time for something new.
So, we're very excited to say that we have what sounds like a demo track leaked out of the Dylan camp. We're not sure exactly when this song was recorded, but apparently it was sometime this summer.
Listen below to Dylan's new song "Sign On The Cross". It's not yet known if this is going to form part of an album, but we will keep you posted.
