A very tired looking Jimi Hendrix interviews on The Dick Cavett Show

Hendrix spoke about recording, his service in the military and performing "The Star-Spangled Banner" at Woodstock

Jimi Hendrix appeared on The Dick Cavett Show last night. The 26-year-old appeared exhausted from his intensive recording schedule and his ongoing legal battle for possession of heroin.

Jimi Hendrix was arrested at the airport in Toronto on May 3rd for possession of heroin. He is due to appear for trial in December.
