Dylan refuses to sign autographs for fans in Northern England: Watch

Throughout May 1966, Bob Dylan and his backing band, The Hawks performed several shows around the United Kingdom as part of Dylan's European tour. Watch below as Dylan refuses autographs from English fans, telling them "you don't need my autograph, if you needed it I'd give it to you."
