Joan Baez, Joni Mitchell, Crosby Stills, Nash & Young to perform at Big Sur Folk Festival this weekend
The sixth annual event takes place this weekend in California.
The Big Sur Folk Festival first took place in 1964 when Joan Baez was asked to lead workshops on music. Baez decided to invite other artists, which became the first festival.
Joan Baez will play at the festival for the sixth time in a row this weekend with all proceeds going to Baez's Institute for the Study of Nonviolence.
