The Supremes & Motown honor the late Sam Cooke

On April 12th 1965, The Supremes released their fifth studio album We Remember Sam Cooke. The album was released by Motown Records and was comprised entirely of songs written by the late Sam Cooke.

Cooke had died only 4 months earlier after being shot in bizarre circumstances.
