It's a rare song/movie/book that makes you, if only for a second, want to change your life. You know what I'm talking about: those little diamonds that somehow fill you with a need to hit the road and leave all the grinding realities behind.
Sure, the sensation will probably fade in five minutes when you get a text message reminding you to pay your gym membership or pick up your sheets from the laundromat. But while you're in one of those rare moments of levity—laying on the balcony listening to "Boots of Spanish Leather" while the first sunny/semi-warm day of spring washes over you, for instance—it's possible to genuinely feel like you could just let go and depend entirely on how you're feeling.
