August 15th, 1969: Traffic woes continue in upstate New York, as an 'Aquaria Exposition' in Bethel proves too

much for the State's underfunded road system to handle.

Advance tickets to the festival were selling for $18 in all good music stores, but it is

understood the gates are now open.
